Eagle Hills Bahrain, the developer of the distinguished urban project Marassi Al Bahrain, broke ground last month on the second residential component within the project – Marassi Shores Residences, which has seen strong sales in the off-plan development phase.

The main contractor on the project is the Bahrain-based Dadabhai Construction.

Marassi Shores Residences, a limited collection of seafront apartments, will be situated on Marassi Al Bahrain’s main 2-km-long beachfront promenade, a two-minute walk to the world-class hotels as well as the landmark shopping and entertainment destination Marassi Galleria.

The U-shaped property offers convenient access to extensive retail, restaurant and café options, and has its own central leisure complex with superior amenities. The building features a collection of 289 spacious studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with penthouses, staggered across 11 storeys. High ceilings in communal areas and large windows in living rooms encourage abundant natural light in all apartments.

Speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony, Daniel Hammond, general manager, Eagle Hills Bahrain, said: “The construction of Marassi Shores Residences is due for completion in Q3 of 2019, and we have absolute confidence in Dadabhai Construction’s ability to deliver this unique property on time and up to our development standards. The project is located along Marassi Al Bahrain’s east coast and in the south-western corner of the Diyar Al Muharraq mega-development off Muharraq.
