Bloom Properties unveiled the fourth phase of its Bloom Gardens last month and 90 per cent of the new homes were snapped up by investors within a week of their launch.

The latest phase, Faya, comprises 132  homes. Three previous phases of the project contain a total of 325 villas.

The real estate arm of the Abu Dhabi’s National Holding, Bloom was targeting Emiratis looking to bulk-buy at least three units.

Bloom Holding CEO Sameh Muhtadi said Faya demonstrates Bloom’s commitment to meeting the growing demand for quality, uniquely designed residential communities with high-end finishes and world-class amenities. “Faya will be developed to the highest standards in design, architecture and construction, while providing attractive long-term investment returns for UAE national investors,” he said.

Bloom Gardens is nestled in the heart of Abu Dhabi minutes away from the natural sanctuary of the Corniche Al Qurm and Khalifa Park.

In addition to its prestigious location, the project will feature modern and contemporary architecture with an efficient and intelligent design that maximises the value of living space.

Faya will offer the same upscale amenities as Phase One, Two and Three, including round-the-clock security, ample parking space, as well as walking, running and kids play areas.

Bloom Gardens will include a polyclinic, nursery and community centre.

The community centre opens this summer while  Faya will be ready by the fourth quarter of 2017.
