Riah Tower ... handover later this year.
Dubai-based Radiant Star says that work on Riah Towers, its Dh325-million ($88.5 million) freehold development, is nearing completion and will be ready for handover in the fourth quarter of 2016.
Located at Dubai Culture Village, the 17-storey tower comprises 156 residential units and four commercial spaces.
Balaji Parthasarathy, director of Radiant Star Group of Companies, tells Gulf Construction that the superstructure, blockwork and internal plastering works have been completed and internal finishes, floor tiling and external plastering works are currently in progress.
