ARY launches 45-storey tower

The ARY group of companies has launched its 45-storey ARY Digital Tower that will house the studios and corporate head office of ARY Digital Network, along with separate residential and commercial areas for offices and shops.

“One among the five towers to be situated in Dubai Media City, it is set for completion in the first quarter of 2007 and will comprise five state-of-the-art digital studios for live broadcasting, digital sound recording studios, non linear editing suites, graphic design/animation facilities and one of the most technically advanced news rooms in the media world,” said Salman Iqbal, president and CEO of the ARY Digital Network.
The digital tower will also house production facilities for use by local and international producers.
The tower, with a built up area over 700,000 sq ft, has a very unique projection of the letter ‘A’ symbolic for the ‘A’ in the ARY Group.
The design is one of a kind and very picturesque. Due to the ideal location there is one side facing the natural beauty of the sea and the other, the bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, both very scenic, especially for a television broadcaster.
