Azizi officials celebrate the launch of its first five-star hotel.

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced that its hospitality unit has laid the foundation for its first five-star hotel, marking the beginning of the rollout of its AED75 billion ($20.4 billion) hospitality investment plan that will further enrich Dubai’s world-class tourism infrastructure.

Under an ambitious plan, Azizi Hospitality will be developing 151 hotels, including 100 four-star and 50 five-star hotels with more than 90 per cent of the portfolio based in Dubai.

The portfolio will also include the seven-star property within Burj Azizi, the upcoming landmark tower on Sheikh Zayed Road that is set to become the world’s second tallest building. The development will introduce a globally recognised luxury hospitality destination that further elevates Dubai’s reputation for iconic architectural and tourism projects. Once completed, the portfolio is expected to add 60,000 room keys to the emirate’s hospitality capacity and create over 75,000 jobs in the sector.

On the new five-star hotel, Azizi said it is located within the Azizi Riviera community in MBR City, and is among the 10 hotel developments across various categories that are currently in design, development, or construction stages.

These projects are being delivered through Azizi's in-house capabilities, leveraging its integrated expertise across development, construction, and project management.

As part of its broader hospitality ecosystem, Azizi aims to establish the Azizi Hospitality Academy, a training institution designed to develop the next-generation of hospitality professionals in the UAE and support the sector with internationally trained talent.

Founder and Chairman Mirwais Azizi said: "This AED75 billion investment in hospitality reflects our long-term commitment to Dubai and our strong belief in its continued growth as a global tourism hub.”

Through this investment, Azizi Developments aims to support the emirate’s long-term tourism growth by introducing new hospitality experiences across different segments, he added.

Creek Views

Also last month (March), Azizi unveiled its newest addition to its Creek Views collection in Al Jaddaf.

The boutique tower, Creek Views IV, will offer premium one-bedroom apartments and an exclusive penthouse, with uninterrupted views of Dubai Creek and the city’s skyline.

Azizi said Creek Views IV follows the successful trajectory of its predecessors in the series. Creek Views I and Creek Views II have already been handed over to residents, while Creek Views III recently reached the 50 per cent construction milestone and is on track for delivery in Q2.

Designed as a sleek monolithic tower, it features an innovative architectural concept that provides wraparound views across the community, said the developer.

Strategically positioned near Dubai Creek, the development is minutes away from Downtown Dubai, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai Mall. It benefits from direct proximity to Al Jaddaf Metro station, connectivity to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, and is also earmarked as a future location for the high-speed rail link to Abu Dhabi. Dubai International Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

Residents will enjoy an suite of amenities, including three rooftop infinity pools, a private cinema, gym, sauna and steam room, children’s play areas, a multipurpose hall, dedicated parking and round-the-clock security.
