Wynn Al Marjan Island ... set to open in 2027.

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah has offered a fresh glimpse into its forthcoming resort experience by unveiling two key developments ahead of its 2027 opening: its newly completed waterfront features and an ultra-exclusive suite of Townhomes.

Located within Enclave – the property’s boutique hotel-within-a-hotel concept – the multi-level, two-to-four-bedroom Townhomes span up to 1,110 sq m and feature private spa facilities, and verdant plunge-pool courtyards.

Complementing this residential reveal is the completion of the resort’s 550-m white-sand beachfront, sheltered swimming lagoon, and offshore engineered reef designed to foster regional marine life.

Evocative of the great aristocratic urban mansions found in Paris (hôtels particuliers), the Townhomes,  are positioned at the very heart of the resort.  Townhomes joins Marina and Ocean Estates and the Apartments as three distinct ways to experience Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island’s boutique hotel within the resort, it said.

Among the resort’s most exclusive accommodations, the Townhomes range from 630 sq m for two-bedroom layouts to 1,110 sq m for four-bedroom layouts, spanning two levels. Each is anchored by expansive primary suites and dedicated private spa facilities, including a hammam and tepidarium.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has also announced the completion of its 550-m beachfront, sheltered lagoon and offshore reef, giving guests a first look at the resort’s waterfront experience.

Stretching along Ras Al Khaimah’s crystal-clear waters, the shoreline is one of the property’s defining features, bringing white sand, deep beaches and gentle breezes to Wynn’s first beachfront destination.

Calm, clear waters make the sheltered lagoon ideal for swimming and snorkelling, while submerged rock formations frame the shoreline on both sides. Just offshore, a network of engineered reef units have been installed to support the growth of a thriving marine habitat.

US-based Wynn Resorts said it has invested more than $1 billion in the development of its Wynn Al Marjan Island project.
