Leading developer H&H and Global Partners have announced the launch of the nature-led residential community – Eden House The Park – along the Dubai Water Canal with its park-led masterplan, car-free green core and hospitality-inspired services.
Designed around the principles of privacy, walkability and holistic wellbeing, the development offers a distinct residential experience where refined architecture and rich landscape design merge seamlessly with daily life.
Eden House The Park boasts 459 residences across seven distinct buildings, ranging from studios and one- to four-bedroom apartments to expansive family residences and exclusive penthouses, said the developer in a statement.
The premium project, which is owned by Global Partners, is set for completion in September next year.
H&H said that rather than placing residents within a conventional high-density urban block, Eden House The Park puts the park at the centre of the experience.
Seven low-rise buildings are woven into a landscaped setting, with homes opening onto greenery, shaded outdoor spaces and views across the canal and Dubai skyline.
Located at the former Al Safa Park, Eden House The Park is bringing this beloved green space back to life, reinterpreting the historical geography of the site and drawing on its memory across the water to create a residential environment where nature is part of everyday life, stated the developer.
Select top-floor penthouses offer ultimate privacy, featuring dedicated direct lift access, allowing residents to step directly into private foyers without shared corridors, it added.
Led by dxb lab, the architecture adopts a natural modernist approach. Dark oxidised metal, warm wood, polished concrete, textured sandy plaster, honed limestone, and aggregate terrazzo stone create a tactile material palette engineered to age gracefully.
The deliberate spacing of the structures maximises natural airflow, creates shaded canopies, and frames open views toward the canal, the green core, and the Dubai skyline, said the developer.
The landscape design, developed by WAHO, draws direct inspiration from the native flora and ecological character of Al Safa Park.
The interiors, curated by H&H Interior Design, bring together organic textures, warm tones and natural materials to create a refined and welcoming residential environment.
