The Abu Dhabi Municipality is building 400 residential units and 230 farms in the new Al Adlah Township, opposite Zayed Military City along Al Faya Road in Ash'ab area. Land has already been levelled to set up 220 farms.

The project's first phase includes construction of 200 housing units. Of these, 10 buildings containing 100 units have already been built.
The master plan includes construction of two mosques, two nurseries, a primary school and public utilities.
Roads are also being built to serve the farms and the residential area. Some 12 km out of 18 km of these roads have been completed.
An 8-km internal road network is to be built in six months with the main road expected to be completed by next December.
