Kazarooni Contracting Company has launched earthmoving work at the Escape equestrian community site in Ajman.
The contract is expected to take 75 days, after which villa construction will begin on the 8.2 million sq ft site located off the Emirates Road near the Ajman and Sharjah border.
“The technical and engineering timelines for Escape are on track and on schedule. Villa construction will start after summer, and the project consulting team is fully dedicated to this project,” Escape general manager Anwer Sher said.
Escape has more than 500 villas and 150 Saddle Homes, all of which have been sold out. Within the community is the 150 room equestrian-themed resort, the Hoofbeat Clubhouse, as well as a full range of equestrian facilities and several multi-purpose sports and riding arenas. With almost 50 per cent of the land dedicated to green, landscaped, open space and paddocks, Escape promises a healthy and outdoors lifestyle unique to the region.
Conceptualised and developed by Equine Management Services, Escape is scheduled to open at the end of 2010.
