Le Solarium, a 15-storey state-of-the-art commercial centre, has become the first commercial project to be completed and delivered at Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO).

A maiden project of Credo Investments, La Solarium was built at a cost of Dh405 million ($110 million). Work on the project, awarded to Sun Engineering and Contracting Company, kicked off in the third quarter of 2006.
“Living up to our name Credo, which means belief, we have delivered our product before anybody else. This will definitely enhance our credibility and the customers’ confidence in our projects,” says Sajjad Rashid, President of Credo Investments.
Le Solarium has been constructed over an area of 71,000 sq ft. Designed by National Engineering Bureau, Le Solarium comprises a shopping centre, multi-cuisine terrace food court, ultra-modern business centre for conferences, health club and a swimming pool. The project’s design has incorporated the requirements for meeting the challenges of the highly sophisticated lifestyle of modern-day Dubai.
