DEVELOPERS of Victory Heights will be handing over the community’s 400th villa this month, marking an important milestone in the full delivery of the golfing residential development, which lies within the heart of the Dubai Sports City.

The 961-unit luxury project, a Dh5 billion ($1.36 billion) joint venture between Dubai Sports City and the Bahraini investment bank Arcapita, surrounds the award-winning The Els Club golf course, designed by World Champion golfer Ernie Els.
Already this year, all the villas in two of the development’s seven villages have been handed over to homeowners.
Villas in the development are built in three different styles: authentic Spanish Andalusian, bold Mediterranean, and classic European styles. Electric power has now been installed at all villas and buildings located at Victory Heights, according to the developers.
