FUJAIRAH Media Group (FMG) is preparing to launch the first-of-its-kind multi-screen Arabian-style drive-in cinema – a multiscreen digital 3D state-of-the-art facility – in Fujairah.

FMG, a joint venture between Fujairah Cultural Authority and Arab International Media Services, is hoping to launch the cinema in Fujairah on 10/10/10 at 10pm.
Branded as Arabian Cinemas, the outdoor entertainment complex will feature four drive-in digital theatres that together can accommodate more than 800 cars at a time.
Arabian Cinemas has incorporated the world’s most advanced 3D theatre technologies and will be equipped to deliver the highest quality outdoor theatre audio-visual experience. The complex can accommodate more than 7,200 patrons a night, who can view some of the best movies from Hollywood, Europe, the Middle East and Bollywood. Each theatre accommodates prime location parking for VIP patrons, while the complex also provides a recreation area for children, with a playground, arcade, picnic area and miniature golf course.
During non-movie hours, the Arabian Cinemas facilities will be utilised for special events such as music concerts, cultural festivals, golf school, driving range, car shows, flea markets, among others.
