DUBAI-based Ghesa, a multinational engineering company, has been awarded a contract to build a water feature for the new Town Hall building in Sharjah.

Under the contract, Ghesa will be in charge of the design, construction and maintenance of a sculptural water feature for the Town Hall building.

Currently at design stage, the water feature involves a ‘water and art’ type of fountain that will reflect a combination of traditional and iconic architectural and sculptural elements. The fountain, which will include some of Ghesa’s latest and original water feature and lighting effects, will include four classic water spouts on the sides of a central monument producing a spectacular water cascade.
