Emrill, a leading UAE-based total facilities management provider, has secured a four-year contract to deliver mechanical, electrical and plumbing, housekeeping, lifeguard and specialist services at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, a five-star beachfront destination located on Pearl Jumeirah.
Emrill’s scope of work covers all common areas of 117 units, 15 regular villa suites and one VIP suite, as well as the resort’s food and beverage outlets, spa and gym.
The agreement also includes the maintenance and management of large landscaped areas, beachfront zones and supporting infrastructure, ensuring a consistently high standard of presentation and operational efficiency across the entire development said the statement from the company.
