Saudi Arabia's Remat Al Riyadh Development Company has signed a contract for the installation, operation and maintenanace of outdoor advertising billboards on building facades at three locations across Riyadh.
This comes as part of its efforts to expand and regulate the city's outdoor advertising network, said a statement from the Saudi group.
The project covers the installation of advertising billboards at three sites and forms part of Riyadh's advertising master plan aimed at improving the management of outdoor advertising while enhancing the city's urban landscape, it stated.
“This contract marks another step in advancing the transformation of Riyadh’s outdoor advertising sector and supporting the implementation of the municipality-approved advertising master plan,” remarked Eng. Abdulaziz Al Saqr, the Head of Municipal Assets Sector at Remat Al Riyadh.
It also reflects the company's efforts to strengthen partnerships with the private sector and enable its contribution to the city's development through sustainable strategic partnerships that deliver both economic and urban value, he stated.
Remat Al Riyadh said the contract supports greater private sector participation in the outdoor advertising market through strategic partnerships designed to deliver economic and urban development benefits.
The company said the initiative is intended to strengthen the organisation of the outdoor advertising sector while contributing to the visual appeal of the Saudi capital.-TradeArabia News Service
