Naseej, a leading integrated real estate development and infrastructure company headquartered in Bahrain, has announced the groundbreaking of the infrastructure works for Amwaj Avenue, located at the entrance to Amwaj Islands in the Muharraq Governorate.
The ceremony was attended by Eng Basim bin Yacob Al Hamer, President of the Survey & Land Registration Bureau; Eng Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayat, Chief Executive Officer of the Urban Planning & Development Authority; Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive Officer of Naseej; Abdulla Al Mosalli, Chief Operating and Commercial Officer at Al Door Excavation and Building Contracting Company; Ayman Bouhaji, Executive Director of Real Estate Development at Naseej; and a number of officials.
The Amwaj Avenue project is a thoughtfully planned mixed-use development that combines modern living with integrated infrastructure and premium services. Designed to offer an exceptional investment and lifestyle opportunity, the project features residential plots supported by fully developed infrastructure, ensuring readiness for immediate development.
Its prime location provides seamless connectivity to Bahrain’s established road network, enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents and investors alike, the company said.
The Phase I of the project includes the construction of roads, utilities and essential infrastructure. Spanning approximately 125,000 sq m, the mixed-use development features 253 residential plots and 27 investment plots at a strategic location at the entrance to the Amwaj Islands.
