The Saudi port city of Jeddah will host the fifth Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition (Seredo) from September 6 to 8 under the sponsorship of Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, bringing together developers, investors, financiers and government officials to showcase projects and explore investment opportunities in the Kingdom's property sector.
The three-day event will feature residential, commercial and mixed-use developments and aims to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors, facilitate investment partnerships and promote homeownership in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
Princess Deena bint Saud bin Abdulaziz, the Chair of Seredo 2026, thanked the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for sponsoring the exhibition.
She stressed that this edition represents a new milestone in the exhibition’s journey to reach an integrated platform that enhances cooperation opportunities and keeps pace with the rapid growth witnessed by the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
Abdul Rahman Al Zahrani, Executive Director of Seredo 2026 exhibition, expressed his great enthusiasm for the launch of this edition, pointing to the high value that the event achieves by connecting the most prominent developers, investors and government bodies to explore growth prospects and ways of cooperation.
In addition to the exhibition floor, the expo will host a series of panel discussions and workshops addressing the future of urban development, sustainable construction, property investment, financing solutions and emerging technologies that are reshaping the industry in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, he stated.
The exhibition enjoys also the participation of prominent national entities, with the General Authority for Real Estate present as a legislative partner through an informational pavilion showcasing the most important real estate legislation and regulations in the Kingdom, in addition to the participation of the Real Estate Development Fund as a partner for the financing sector, and the National Housing Company (NHC) as a main sponsor of the exhibition, reflecting the concerted efforts to enable and develop the real estate development and housing sector.-TradeArabia News Service
