Engineering Contracting Company (ECC) has been awarded a multi-storey car-park project in Dubai, in joint venture with McLaren Construction.

The car-park, offering 2,800 parking spaces, is coming up opposite the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC).

Construction of the structure, which commenced in March, is expected to take 12 months to complete and will cover a built-up area of 89,000 sq m. The five-storey project will include two helicopter pads offering VIP access.
