Dubai-based Majid Developments has announced that steady progress is being made on its prime residential development - Mayfair Gardens - situated in Jumeirah Garden City, with project in its final stages of construction. 

A 12-storey residential building, Mayfair Garden will feature 64 apartments with a mix of studios and one-bedroom units. It is due for handover by September.

According to Majid, the apartments feature high-quality finishes, marble accents, contemporary fittings, ample storage and natural lighting. Kitchens are equipped with energy-efficient appliances.

At the time of the sales launch, the units were priced at AED875,000 ($238,205) onwards, said the developer.

Majid Developments also unveiled an installment plan allowing investors to pay 10% as a deposit on booking, 40% during the construction phase, and 50% upon handover of the property.-TradeArabia News Service
