Royal Development Holding, a boutique premium real estate developer and a subsidiary of Emirates Stallions Group, has announced the launch of Phase Two of Radisson Residences Al Reem Island, introducing the development’s third tower, which features 437 furnished branded residences, including studios and one-bedroom apartments, alongside a select number of two-bedroom townhouses.

Following the strong response to Phase One, which sold out within 24 hours of launch, the Emirates Stallions Group unit kicked off the second phase - a part of the AED1.45 billion ($395 million) development - thus introducing a focused branded residential mix tailored to the investor market in the UAE and internationally.

The furnished residences are intended to be rental-ready upon handover, offering buyers a straightforward investment proposition within the branded residences market, said the developer.

Strategically located in a prominent waterfront setting on Al Reem Island, framed by Abu Dhabi’s mangrove landscape and with access to Reem Central Park, the wider project brings together contemporary residential architecture and Radisson Hotel Group’s hospitality standards within a community conceived for modern urban living, it stated.

For the Phase Two, Royal Development said it will retain the design theme, branded-residence benefits, and lifestyle offering established across Radisson Residences Al Reem Island.

Panoramic glazing and private terraces frame views across the water and the surrounding greenery, while warm timber, soft coastal tones, and textured finishes define the interiors, it stated.

Residents will also have access to the wider development’s lifestyle offering, including waterfront trails, landscaped courtyards, fitness and wellness spaces, communal lounges, a pool deck overlooking the water, providing thoughtfully curated experiences. Together, these elements reinforce Radisson Residences Al Reem Island’s position as a distinctive waterfront residential destination shaped around wellbeing, nature, and community, it added.

Announcing the launch, Royal Development Holding CEO Tariq Nazzal said: "The success of the first phase of Radisson Residences Al Reem Island reflects the depth of demand for premium branded residences in Abu Dhabi and the continued confidence buyers have in developments that combine location, design quality, trusted brand standards, and long-term value."

"Phase Two builds on that momentum with furnished residences shaped around investors in the UAE and international markets and designed to be rental-ready upon delivery," he stated.

"This creates a compelling investment opportunity within the branded residences market, combining rental potential with the quality, and lifestyle offering established across the wider development. At Royal Development Holding, our focus remains on listening to the market, strengthening our partnerships, and creating communities that deliver enduring value for customers, investors, and homeowners. It is this commitment that sits at the heart of our promise to keep evolving spaces and elevating lives," he added.

Elie Milky, the Chief Development Officer for the Middle East, Northeast Africa, Greece & Cyprus at Radisson Hotel Group, said: "Radisson Residences Al Reem Island represents an important milestone for our growth in the branded residences segment and a strong expression of the Radisson brand beyond traditional hospitality. The exceptional response to the first phase reinforces our confidence in Abu Dhabi as a market where trusted international brands, quality real estate and lifestyle-led living come together particularly well."

"Together with Royal Development Holding, we are creating a distinctive residential proposition that combines an outstanding waterfront location with contemporary design and the service standards associated with Radisson. The launch of Phase Two marks another exciting step in bringing this vision to life," she added.-TradeArabia News Service
