The Fourth Sharjah Urban Planning Conference will be held at the University of Sharjah, UAE, from April 8 to 10 under the theme 'Urban Growth Management: Theories, Concept and Practice'. The event is being organised by the Town Planning and Survey Department.
The conference will focus on the challenges of urban growth such as the delivery of services, environmental pollution and traffic congestion.
More than 100 academics and experts in town planning from the GCC, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, the US, the UK, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium, France, Denmark and Kore, are expected to take part.
