Casagrand, one of India's leading real estate developers with more than 22 years of delivery experience and over 200 completed and ongoing projects, today outlined plans to develop more than 6 million sq ft of premium residential and mixed-use space in Dubai over the next three years.
The announcement follows a strong first year in the market for the company.
The company's debut development, Casagrand Hermina at Dubai Islands, is now 60% sold, while two additional projects are in the process of being signed before the end of the year. Casagrand is concurrently evaluating land parcels across major masterplans and emerging growth corridors across the emirate.
Casagrand's entry into Dubai has been marked by a series of milestones in a relatively short period. Casagrand Hermina has also earned prominent industry recognition, winning the "Off-Plan Project of the Year" title at several prestigious awards in 2026.
The company was also ranked first among new entrants to the Dubai market in one of the industry's most closely watched annual rankings. In parallel, the size of the company's Dubai team has doubled since its market entry last year.
Luthfullah K, Director Dubai, Casagrand, said: "Our first year in Dubai has given us both the confidence and the mandate to think bigger. The response to Casagrand HERMINA, the recognition we have received from the industry, and the pace at which our team has grown all point in the same direction. Over the next three to five years, our objective is to build a balanced portfolio of premium residential developments across Dubai and to establish Casagrand as a trusted, long-term name in this market. We are not here for a single project. We are here to build a presence that lasts."
Future developments will be defined by a focus on contemporary design, efficient layouts, high-quality specifications and amenities calibrated to the expectations of Dubai's residents and investors. The company intends to bring the design and development expertise built across India over two decades into the UAE, while adapting it to the city's international and highly sophisticated customer base.
"We want our projects to go beyond being residential addresses," added Luthfullah. "The intent is to create environments that offer a distinctive quality of life, with thoughtful planning and functionality at the core of every decision."
As its Dubai portfolio matures, Casagrand is also exploring collaborations with leading international architects, designers and hospitality brands, including branded-residence concepts that could add further differentiation to its developments.
Dubai remains the company's primary focus for expansion, with Casagrand seeing significant long-term potential across both established master-planned communities and emerging growth corridors.
