Mannai Corporation's joint venture contracting company, Mecon Kharafi National (MKN), has achieved more than a million hours without lost time accident at the Qatargas Sulphur Recovery Expansion Project (SRX).
MKN is the principal subcontractor for the SRX project in Qatar. The schedule provides for the first gas enrichment/sulphur recovery unit at the SRX to start production in January 2002, with the second going onstream in February 2002, local media reported.
