Lusail City Real Estate Development Company has signed an agreement with the Qatar education ministry to build four new schools on a sprawling 75,000-sq-m area at its development in Doha, said a report.
Lusail City, spread over 38 sq km, is masterplanned to accommodate 200,000 residents, 170,000 workers and 80,000 daily visitors, reported The Gulf Times.
Its plan is to eventually build 26 schools that can accommodate 26,000 students. Of these, five will be independent ones, the report stated.
