UAE-based developer Al Barari has announced the launch of The Nest, a luxury enclave comprising 99 exquisite four-bedroom villas in a lush and environment-friendly development located in Nad Al Sheba in Dubai.

All the villas will have built-up areas ranging from 6,300 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft, while the plot sizes are between 9,000 and 15,000 sq ft, said Al Barari.

Al Barari said The Nest is the newest instalment to its successful second phase.
