Cesi Middle East, a market leader in power systems technical consulting and testing, has signed an agreement with the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) for the implementation of a high voltage direct current (HVDC) power transportation interconnector between Riyadh and Makkah, covering the central and western regions in Saudi Arabia.
Launched in January of this year, Cesi won the Arab Fund contract to develop a single energy market across 20 Arab countries by 2030.
