Leading Bahraini developer Naseej has announced that work has been completed on all the 17 smart villas under its Nasayim Arad project as per the highest construction and engineering standards and in record time.

Strategically located in Arad Bay, it offers a stunning sea view overlooking Arad Fort, along with fully integrated infrastructure ready for immediate occupancy.

The villas combine contemporary design with advanced technologies and are equipped with the latest smart control systems for lighting, air-conditioning, and safety, in line with sustainability principles and modern quality-of-life standards.

In another development, Naseej has appointed DG Jones and Partners as the quantity surveying consultant for the infrastructure of its new project, Amwaj Avenue.

An international construction consultancy based in US, DG Jones and Partners provides a comprehensive suite of integrated services – from the beginning to the end of the built asset lifecycle – from strategic definition, design and construction to handover and in-use management.

The agreement was signed by Naseej CEO Amin Al Arrayed and Christian Bou Joudeh, a senior executive of DG Jones and Partners, on the sidelines of the recently held Cityscape Bahrain 2025. As per the deal, the consultancy will be responsible for preparing and analysing quantities and preliminary cost estimates for the project’s infrastructure components.
