Work on Dubai Properties’ (DP) Manazel Al Khor, a luxury residential project in the heart of Dubai, has reached 70 per cent completion and is set for handover this year.

“We are gearing up to hand over Manazel Al Khor this summer as we are currently working according to the planned development timeline. The show apartment is now ready to welcome our customers to our first creek-side development,” said Marwan Al Kindi, executive director, sales and sales operations at DP.

Overlooking the historic Dubai Creek, Manazel Al Khor is inspired by the UAE’s local architecture. It spans an area of 255,000 sq ft and is set between 3.8 km of promenade walkways and landscaped features.

Its contemporary design encompasses 98 residential units ranging from one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments offering views of the historic creek, in addition to amenities for a modern-day luxurious lifestyle, and commercial and retail spaces, said DP.
