WORK on the 22.6-million-sq-ft Remraam residential community in Dubailand is on target, with substantial progress having been achieved across all segments of construction, including external finishes.
As much as 30 per cent of superstructure works has been completed with 36 per cent of the buildings reaching the fourth floor.
Infrastructure work throughout the development is progressing as scheduled, with a notable 70-per-cent completion rate, according to the developer, Dubai Properties Group.
