Marina West ... Tabreed’s cooling
The Bahrain District Cooling Company (Tabreed Bahrain) is to provide cooling services for all the 11 towers at the Marina West residences in Bahrain.
Tabreed Bahrain will provide 10,500 tons of refrigeration to the entire $675 million beachfront development, and has started design work for the plant. The target date for the commencement of services is March 2010, with testing and commissioning to start two months earlier.
Tower One in Marina West will become the Rixos Marina West Hotel when it opens in April 2010.
