POLARON Controls says its control plates come in a wide range of finishes to suit various interior needs.

''Polaron's dimming systems have been used for many prestigious installations over the years,'' a company spokesman says. ''It is because of this that Polaron recognises that besides the need for flexibility and simplicity of programming of its control plates, there is a need for elegance. Polaron's wide range of control plates allows clients to find a suitable finish to complement their existing interior decor.''

He continues: ''The standard range of control plates is available in three finishes: satin, anodised aluminium, polished brass and stainless steel. Other finishes can be customised to order, including gold plated, allowing the unit to blend subtly into any surrounding. Control plates are fabricated with push buttons.

''There is also an option for an integrated infrared receiver to allow remote control operation, thus minimising the size of the plate and the number of buttons.''

Polaron's grid system design allows the control plate to be changed quickly and easily at any time, making things much easier when the client wishes to redecorate, the spokesman adds.
