RENAISSANCE Interiors, a leading manufacturer and design and contracting specialist, says its commitment to the highest standards of quality and precision in all its work makes it the preferred choice for many projects.

The company is currently carrying out a major five-star hotel project in the Eastern Province in Saudi Arabia. It features 150 rooms, 30 luxury suites, in addition to a banquet hall, which will be one of the largest in the Eastern Province.

“The project is a quantum leap for us in the field of design and construction,” says Ahmed Amer, the company’s founder and director general, who has 20 years of experience in this field.

In addition, Renaissance Interiors is implementing a number of other important projects in Saudi Arabia including Alhindi Housing Complex, and Globe Marine Complex (administrative offices), having recently completed works on the design of Management Development Tower, and THI administrative building, Huntel Administrative Tower, and many luxury apartment buildings.

Renaissance Interiors has two main divisions, with one focusing on design, including architectural designs for hotels, administrative buildings, palaces and luxury villas, and the other dedicated to general contracting for administrative, residential, hotels and commercial projects.

The company’s projects are spread all over Saudi Arabia, including Al Khobar, Dammam, Dhahran and Jubail, where it is implementing several projects. It has also clinched a key project in Aali Village in Bahrain.

Amongst the key projects carried out by the Saudi-based company is the design and fit-out of multi-purpose halls for Saudi Aramco in the Southern Region. “This project involved many challenges as it was carried out on a fast-track basis,” says Amer.

However, the company rose to the challenge of its massive project and completed it in just 60 days using its specialised engineering skills and a team of experts who have extensive experience in the preparation of engineering drawings and the execution of them according to the highest levels, says Amer.

Amer says Renaissance Interiors is keen to provide its customers with the highest level of architectural designs and contracting services.

Commenting on the company’s performance in 2011, he says: “Last year was a good one compared to 2010, as the company achieved significant growth, and anticipates better results this year, especially in light of the current boom under way in the kingdom’s construction sector.”

In anticipation of the increased demand for its services, the firm intends to increase its workforce to ensure that it can continue to offer the highest levels of efficiency, Amer says.

Renaissance Interiors is keen to expand and enhance business and towards this end it intends to establish a huge complex dealing with timber and mineral products to supply the projects being implemented by the company.

The firm also has a trading wing that supplies high-quality finishing materials, including parquet floors, doors, and furniture from the best Italian, Spanish and American brands.

To further enhance its support to the interior décor sector, Renaissance Interiors plans to launch a number of showrooms for furniture and finishing materials for hotels and residential complexes in the Eastern Province and Riyadh, he adds.

Commenting on the construction sector in the kingdom, Amer says: “The sector has witnessed a remarkable growth over recent years and there is an increased trend towards the building office towers. The Eastern Province has also seen an architectural renaissance with the increasing use of sophisticated new ideas and innovative ways of building using precast concrete.”

Established 10 years ago, Renaissance Interiors is headquartered in Al Khobar and has offices in Riyadh, Cairo (Egypt) and Hong Kong. It has expanded its horizons to include Egypt, where it is involved in the construction of residential buildings and complexes.
