GIESSE, which has been serving the Middle East for more than 20 years, will be back at The Big 5 with its latest innovations and high-performance hardware for aluminium architectural systems. The company will showcase the New Champion Plus, an innovative solution for light multi-locking sliding systems, the GS3000 for heavy lift-and-slide applications, the GS1000 with increased aesthetic features for tilt-and-slide openings, and the OS Operator 2.0 for easily-operated outswing windows.
“The new range has been developed under an established Giesse principle: protect people in their own living and working space,” says a spokesperson for Giesse.
“The Big 5 represents the most important event on Giesse’s Middle East exhibition calendar and a great occasion to gather Giesse’s official distributors and partners from more than 30 countries (from North Africa to the Gulf region, from Indian subcontinent to South-East Pacific region), thus a great opportunity to analyse results of previous year’s investments in product innovations as well as defining the strategies for future growth and partnerships in the Middle East,” the spokesperson adds.
The Middle East is witnessing a progressive increase in the application of security and safety standards for aluminium windows and doors, he says. “With the rise in awareness of hardware performance, Giesse hardware – with an incredibly varied platter of technical applications – can make the difference with a little extra that is an investment for the end-users, more than a pure cost.
“Towards this target, our team is coordinating daily with public authorities, major developers, consultant, architects and contractors in order to spread the knowledge and experience we have gained over the past five decades since our inception and make sure all market operators find a suitable solution for their budgets without compromising on quality,” he comments.
Giesse products have been accredited to the UNI EN ISO 9001 in 1994 and the UNI EN ISO 14001 in 2009. Over the last 20 years, Giesse has developed innovative industrial processes to offer the widest product range on the market (more than 20,000 products). It provides high-performance tests and certificates in accordance with European (UNCSAAL, CE and IFT) as well as non-European (AAMA, AWA and CNAL) legislative requirements.
“Outstanding efforts are being made by the company towards meeting the new international regulations for environment protection, aside from being certified to ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system,” he adds.
Since 1999, Giesse has successfully taken important steps towards Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-certified projects, particularly for material recycling and planning innovation. Furthermore, the Italian production plant is now powered by a solar panelling system helping to reduce about 400 tonnes per year of carbon dioxide emission.
Giesse will be present at Hall 6 Stand C277 at The Big 5.
