The Big 5

Ready to serve

GERMAN Plant Experience (GPE), a leading supplier of concrete batching plants for the readymix and precast industry in the Middle East, will introduce its new service concept when it returns to Middle East Concrete at The Big 5 show.

GPE will highlight its after-sales service which, when combined with its offer of high-quality plants, ensures an outstanding package for clients, according to the company.

GPE’s product line includes stationary and mobile plants with capacities ranging from 30 to 300 cu m per hour. Its mixing plants are employed in many large-scale projects across the Middle East.

The Dubai-based company offers stationary modular design mixing plant that are manufactured on the latest production machines in a modular construction method, which allows various versions to be created and assembled with four, five, or six aggregate storage bins utilising the same modules. This not only saves on manpower requirements but also speeds up delivery. All system components are fully galvanised.

GPE also offers mobile batching plants such as the Euromix 100, which it says are setting new standards in the region.

“The Euromix 100 is set up for the greatest mobility possible and offers every customer the advantage of being able to choose differing operational areas and use them as a location for his activities, yet despite this high mobility, this machine is in no way inferior to stationary plant in terms of function, ease of maintenance, efficiency and ruggedness,” says a spokesman for the company.

The Euromix 100 S-Line, which can be run with a generator, has an extremely high output for its footprint. It facilitates rapid relocation, thanks to its width of only 2.55 m and a maximum weight of 26 tonnes (per unit).

“With the Euromix 100, concrete can be manufactured at the right time, in the right quantity, at the right place,” he says.

The unit is equipped with four large in-line aggregate boxes, each with an access width of 3.20 m, making for rapid, easy loading with a wheel loader. In regions where water supply is limited, a supply can be guaranteed on site with a 5,000-litre water reservoir.

GPE WEBCon control software – which was used in the construction of the Burj Khalifa – is utilised to meet the demands placed on the plant software by customers. The latest web technologies in conjunction with standard software components guarantee flexibility and user-friendliness for an operator.

GPE will be present at Stand A 107 in the Saeed Hall.
