Al HURAIZ Establishment for Industry, known for its Everhot brand of water heaters, will be exhibiting its wide range of models at The Big 5 show.

These will include the Everhot 200, Everhot 300 and Everhot 600 electric storage water heaters for indoor installation, which are ideal for villas in the GCC, says a spokesman for the company.

These models are designed to stand on the floor vertically, mounted on safety legs.

Established in 1974 in Dubai, Al Huraiz is a leading group that has diversified into a wide range of business activities. Its business interests include manufacturing of water heaters, aluminium cookware (Everbright brand), LPG (Universal) and Freon gas cylinders, LPG cylinder bottling and real estate activities. It has modern, automated manufacturing facilities in all its production centres.

Commenting on the water heater division, a company spokesman says: “The division is well equipped with high-precision fully-automatic machinery for cutting, bending, slitting, abrasive blasting, enamel powder coating and also testing of finished water heaters. The entire facility is set up with selected machineries imported from various European manufacturers. The manufacturing facility is certified to meet ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 environment standard requirements.”

Everhot water heaters are manufactured using Italian technology and feature a unique porcelain enamel coating (glasslined) inside the tank applied using a heating process at a temperature 860 deg C. The water heaters are exported to the Gulf as well as a number of African countries.

“The anode consists of magnesium alloy which prevents corrosion electromechanically. It is hygienic and bacteria free,” says the spokesman.

The company accords high priority to safety of its products and hence its water heaters come with safety valves and double safety thermostats. Heating elements of 3 kW and 6 kW are fitted in the 200-litre and 300-litre models, respectively.

To prevent heat loss, high-density polyurethane insulation is applied and wrapped with ultraviolet (UV)-safe resin cover.

Al Huraiz will be present at Stand 4 D187 at The Big 5.
