The Big 5

Solar so good

ATLANTIC, a leading multi-energy solution provider in Europe expects to create a stir at The Big 5, when it launches a new solar water heater in response to the specific needs of the Gulf region.

The new solar offer – Corsun – in capacities of up to 2,000 litres will be unveiled alongside a portfolio of global solutions for both domestic and commercial applications.

With an average of four per cent of its turnover allocated to research and development (R&D), Atlantic focuses on the production of more efficient renewable energies solutions. This constant effort results of a wide and complete offer of domestic and commercial application solutions. Among them is Solerio Select, the new closed circuit thermosiphon solution. Highly efficient, its collectors absorb 95 per cent of solar radiation to heat water stored in a corrosion-proof Atlantic tank.

Furthermore, Atlantic has this year invested in a new state-of-the-art production line for commercial and industrial tanks in one of its French industrial sites.

Apart from the launch, Atlantic will present at The Big 5 its heat pump water heater Explorer with coil that combines solar and heat pump technologies, making it a reliable solution to heat water, even during night.

This new offer is completed with a wide portfolio of coil tanks adapted to solar solutions that will also be displayed at the Big 5. All Atlantic DHW tanks benefit from the brand’s experience of more than 35 years in tanks enamelling and anti-corrosion technologies.

“For many years, Atlantic has been building a significant presence in the Gulf region, and has been adapting its commercial and production policy accordingly,” says a spokesman for the company. The new solar heater is a product of this strategy.

The company’s products are all CE and NF (French norm)-certified and also comply with specific market certifications and labels such as Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (Esma), Saudi Arabian Standards Organization SASO or Kuwait Conformity Assurance Scheme (Kucas).

“Consultants and contractors particularly appreciate the before and after-sales service provided by the group, which has built a significant commercial presence in the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Oman, Lebanon, Syria and Iraq for the past 10 years,” he concludes.

Atlantic will be present at Stand 1A31.
