Reef Real Estate Investment Company has recently completed the first-slab casting work on its Dh350-million ($95.30 million) Corp Executive Hotel and Office Tower in the Business Bay area of Dubai.
Sheikh Ahmed Mohammed Zayed Saqer Al Nahyan, managing director, said it would incorporate cutting-edge design and innovative technology in its structure, which will feature 31 storeys including five levels of basement parking, 66 office zones and 242 hotel rooms, besides a shopping boulevard, premium coffee shops, restaurants, health club and business centre, gym, sauna, retail shops, swimming pools, ballroom and piano bar.
