Spanish manufacturer Groupos Gesan aims to create a powerful impact when it makes its debut at the Big 5 show.
Teaming up with its recently-appointed partner Express Engineering, the power generator specialist will be launching its new rental series of diesel water-cooled generator sets at the expo this year.
“Due to the changing market requirements, we are now addressing new challenges posed by the industry which demands products and solutions adapted to the rental market. These products call for the use of high-quality components that ensure lower maintenance and greater durability,” says Merche Jara, marketing assistant of the company. “The new Gesan rental series has been designed entirely with the rental market in mind, using our experience both in the national and international arenas over the years.”
The standard features in this new range include an output ranging from 20 to 500 kVA, a galvanised canopy, manual oil sump pump, water-fuel filter separator, permanent magnet kit on units over 100 kVA and various socket panel configurations with individual socket protection, she adds.
“The Gesan rental series is available in a vast range of optional features such as a galvanised retention bath, high-capacity fuel tank (24 hours), easy connection to an external fuel tank, spark arrestor in exhaust and site or road trailers and a variety of control panel configurations featuring a diverse range of programmable logic controls (PLCs) such as synchronisation,” adds Jara.
The Gesan range of products will be available to Middle East consumers through the Jebel Ali Free Zone-based Express Engineering, a member of the Express group of companies, which have been providing power generation solutions to its customers in the Middle East for more than 30 years. The group companies include Express Printing Services, Express Pack Print, Express Print Publishers, Express Flexi Pack, Pointec Pens and Park Lane Publishers.
Groupos Gesan has gained a reputation for its diesel water-cooled and air-cooled generator sets built using the best engines available in the market with an output ranking from 2.2 kVA to 2,000 kVA which guarantees its adaptability to special projects and varied client needs, she says. Its extensive product portfolio also includes gasoline units, engine driven welders and lighting towers, which take advantage of the main engines in the market such as Honda and Vanguard in gasoline and Perkins, Volvo, Cummins, Lombardini or Deutz in diesel.
Founded in 1986 in Zaragoza, Spain, Gesan has a 16,000 m factory area producing around 16,500 generator units to the quality and speed expected by its customers. The company’s factory facilities provide an optimum integration of the engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality control and commissioning processes of all equipment.
